Products like crystal, china and porcelain figurines are charged customs duties or import taxes when they are imported into the United States. When you purchase Duty-Free you save by not having to pay these import taxes. You not only save the duties but your also pay no sales tax when you purchase in St. Thomas, a U.S. Duty-Free Territory. These savings on import taxes and sales taxes range from 16 to 25% or more depending on the product. Anton Hirzinger has been one of Swarovski’s most prominent designers responsible for Swarovski’s logo pieces, the Maxi Swan and the 1995 Centenary Swan. He also designed many important Swarovski Crystal Society pieces including the 2001 Harlequin, the 2004 Ballerina, and the numbered Limited Edition 
Rhinoceros in 2008.
This year he created the 2009 SCS Limited Edition Gorillas and the Gorilla Cub, Anton will hand sign any of his 
creations that are currently in the line fromOctober 26th to October 29th. Now is the time to order the pieces that you want signed by Mr. Hirzinger. As stocks are often limited, the sooner your orders are in the easier it will be for us to guarantee your piece for signing. Orders placed will be charged 50% of the value at the time of the order and the balance 4 weeks prior to the event when your piece is in stock and set aside. We ship all Swarovski for free to any U.S.destination and all prices are Duty-Free and Tax-free.
The Blue Dart Frog, designed by Anton Hirzinger and sold only during events will also be available.

The two Sorcerers show Disney’s Mickey Mouse in two different poses from one of his most popular character roles. Both figurines are inscribed “2009” and limited to this year only. The Swarovski Collectors Society introduced the Gorillas, (Mother and Cub), as the second issue of 
the Endangered Wildlife trilogy. The Gorillas will be available to SCS members only during 2009. The SCS Gorillas highlight these large and fascinating endangered creatures that are both sensitive and social. Swarovski designer Anton Hirzinger has beautifully sculpted the 2009 edition in shining faceted Black Diamond Crystal with gleaming jet crystal eyes and unfaceted feet.
Hirzinger also designed exclusively for SCS members a mischievous Gorilla Cub whose shiny jet eyes proclaim his innocence. The Gorilla Cub, also available only in 2009, is a wonderful compliment to the Annual Edition Gorillas.
The Gorillas (Mother and Cub) are $475. The Crystal Shoppe will charge half at the time of your order and the balance when you receive your Annual Edition. With your purchase you may choose a “Gift with Purchase” of either a $35 credit that can be applied toward any Swarovski purchase or the Plaque (one Endangered Wildlife plaque for the trilogy). You may apply the Gift with Purchase credit toward the Gorilla Cub ($180), making the Cub only $155, or apply the credit to the renewal of your membership ($50) or any other Swarovski item.
