Waterford Crystal has confirmed that Master Wedge Cutter John Coughlan will b
e signing and personalizing the beautiful Waterford pieces for our customers from November 17th to December 12th. In Ireland, John’s handiwork can be found on most Waterford Crystal items but especially on the Crystal Shoppe’s Paradise Palm Tree pattern that he helped create. During his visit he will sign and or personalize any of Waterford’s famous patterns including Lismore, Colleen and others. He will also sign the newer pieces like the John Rocha Black Cut items and of course our Paradise Palm Tree pattern. A signed piece of Waterford is somewhat rare and takes on added value. Our new Havensite store is finally open!! Putting the store together has been our major project this summer. We had to overcome a few obstacles such as import problems with the Swarovski furniture from Europe and the carpet arriving late. While this was frustrating and delayed the opening, the store is now open and looks gorgeous. I know as customers and friends you will find it a pleasure to shop in this beautiful environment.
